7th March , Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrive in Kathmandu and be welcomed by your Adventure Hub Nepal (AHN) trip leader at the airport. Transfer to your hotel, relax and recover from your journey. We will then go out to our welcome dinner at a restaurant nearby and have a pre-departure meeting with our group about the trip starting the next day.

8th March, Fly to Pokhara, half day exploring Pokhara (830 M)
Get up early have breakfast and then transfer to the airport. Fly to Pokhara, it's approximately 35 minutes. Once we arrive, you will be transferred to the hotel. Take some time for refreshments and enjoy the views. Take a stroll down to the spectacular Phewa Lake. Pokhara is filled with an outstanding panorama of the river and countryside.
Stay overnight in Pokhara.

9th March , Drive to Nayapul (1070 M) Trek from Nayapul to Tikhedhungga (1540 M) Walking 3 to 4 hours
After breakfast and packing up all your things, we will be heading to Nayapul (about a 90 min drive), where we begin our trek. After a 30 minute short walk along the banks of the beautiful Modi Khola River, we reach Birethanti (1050m) a large village that has little shops & teahouses. From there, the trail continues through the village and follows the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola River. We then climb steadily up the side of the valley to Hile to have lunch at 1495m. After lunch and enjoying the breathtaking views, we continue to walk to Tikhedhunga and this is where we will stay for the night in a Guest House. Be prepared for your body to feel tired from getting accustomed to trekking.

10th March , Tikhedhungga to Banthanti (2300M) | Walking 3 to 4 hours
After breakfast, we will continue climbing up to Ulleri and have lunch. After lunch, we will walk past a large Magar village. Stay the night at Banthanti with fabulous views of the mountains. Another wonderful day in the mountains.

11th March , Banthanti to Ghorepani (2874 M) Walking 3 to 4 hours
From Banthanti the trail continues to ascend more gently, through fine forests of oak & rhododendron towards Nangge Thanti. Then hike towards Ghorepani and after a few hours or so of walking we will arrive at the picturesque village where we will pause and rest. Enjoy a well-earned break and take in the breathtaking views of the Annapurna Mountains. Overnight at a Guest House in Ghorepani.

12th March , Ghorepani to Tadapani (2590 M) | Walking 3 to 4 hours
This morning, we will get up early and go hiking up Poon Hill which is around 45 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes to 45 minutes down. From here you will see superb views of the sunrise and panoramic views of the Himalayas. Some of the mountains you may see are; Mt. Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Fishtail and Machpuchare. After climbing Poonhill, we will walk back and down to Ghorepani and have a lovely breakfast. We will trek to Ban Thanti and have lunch. After lunch and we trek to Tadapani and stay the night here with amazing views of all mountain ranges.

13th March, Trek from Tadapani to Chule (2300 m) | Walking 3 to 4 hours
Enjoy the trek from Tadapani to Chule and this is all downhill walking. The pathway goes through lush forest and then we reach Chule. Chule offers peaceful and simple accommodation with spectacular views - the perfect setting for our three-day retreat.

17th March , Trek to Chhumrong (2170 M) (Jhinu Danda (1780 M) Natural Hot Spring afternoon) | Walking 4 to 5 hours
After breakfast, our trek descends to the spectacular Modi Kola River riverside. Here we will find the amazing Jhinu Hot Springs which are situated right on the banks of the river. Immerse yourself into the warm waters of the spring nestled in the tight valley and listen to the rapids passing by. Stay overnight in a comfortable lodge after six days of trekking and three days of Yoga and rest which is well deserved!

18th March , Trek from Jhinu Danda to Kyumi
Trek from Jhinu Danda to Kyumi for around 3 and a half hours and then drive back to Pokhara approximately 2 and a half hours.
Today we walk down to the Modi Khola River and trek along the river toward to Kyumi. Upon arrival at our last destination, there will be time to reflect on the wonderful experience you have had. Have lunch and after that, we will drive back to Pokhara by private bus which will take approximately 3 hours. Relax and enjoy the comfortable hotel and a nice hot shower. Well done!

19th March, Rest day in Pokhara and reflection and journal writing day.
If you want to do any other activities in Pokhara then Adventure Hub Nepal can organize it for you - World’s longest Zip Line, Paragliding, half-day Whitewater Rafting, stand up Paddle (SUP) Boarding, kayaking, visiting caves, Chitwan Safari, Visit the Hindu temple, one night two days’ whitewater rafting, community work or teaching in local schools and many more.

20th March , Rest day in Pokhara or exploration day
Enjoy some shopping in the morning and do a bit of sightseeing around Pokhara. In the afternoon between 2-4 pm fly back to Kathmandu. Don’t worry you can still do your last-minute shopping in Thamel after dinner because all the shops in Thamel stay open until 10 pm
